About the Course
This course addresses school teachers on how to implement the SkillAiPlus methodology of the anti-bullying program. The program provides a dedicated set of exercises to address bullying, aggression, and violence among school children. These exercises focus on fostering empathy, building self-confidence, and teaching practical conflict resolution and emotional regulation strategies. About the Team
This course was created by a dedicated project group within the SkillAiPlus project, under the governance of the European Aikido Federation. Our team is made up of senior Aikido instructors and representatives from the national Aikido federations of six countries: Slovenia, Hungary, The Netherlands, Spain, Romania, and Greece. Together, we’ve brought our shared experience and passion for Aikido to develop this program.
